From now until April 30 the Get Connected Campaign is underway. Basically if you get $50 of stuff from the new Occasions Mini Catalogue you can pick an "Under $12" item from the very end of the Spring/Summer Catalogue. Alternatively you can also host a workshop with sales over $200+ and pick an item from that page as well. There are some great stamps and packages too on this page so it totally worth a look.
